BTA member Waltz Business Solutions, a Kyocera dealership located in northern Kentucky, has announced it has merged with DSC Office Systems, which serves greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. Both companies share an unwavering commitment to their clients through offering cutting-edge technologies and delivering top-notch customer service. With the inclusion of the newly formed ownership and executive team, coupled with the added service offerings, Waltz is poised to emerge as a preeminent independent document solutions provider in southwest Ohio and northern Kentucky.

Founded in 1966, DSC Office Systems (also a Kyocera dealership) is known for its commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction. Meek acquired DSC Office Systems in 2021. In just two short years, he and his team have achieved remarkable growth while diligently working with the Jehn family to bring about the merger. Moving forward under the Waltz name, the newly formed executive team will include Executive Vice President Matt Jehn, Vice President of Sales Brady Bosse and CFO Josh Jehn.

Waltz Business Solutions, founded in 1892, embarked on its journey in office technology with manual typewriters and continually evolved alongside advancing technology up to the present day. In addition to its Kyocera copier/MFPs and printers, Waltz offers an extensive range of office technology and services. These include document imaging/scanning, workflow automation, e-fax service, secure document destruction, and cutting-edge collaboration tools, such as interactive touch-screen displays and security cameras/software.
