TD SYNNEX Earns 2024 Great Place to Work Certification

TD SYNNEX has received its third-consecutive annual recognition as Certified by Great Place to Work. This award is based entirely on a survey of current employees about their experiences working at TD SYNNEX.

Great Place To Work is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading results, employee retention and increased innovation. In a survey conducted by Great Place To Work, more than 73% of TD SYNNEX employees reported the company as a great place to work, as compared to 57% of employees at the average U.S. company.

Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
