Sept. 27 BTA Webinar to Focus on Expanding Your Business With UCaaS

The fifth webinar in BTA's Diversifying My Business Webinar Series is scheduled for 2 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, Sept. 27. The webinar, "Capture New Recurring Revenue by Expanding Your Business With UCaaS," will be presented by Patrick Sheehan, vice president of channel development at Intermedia.

The copier/MFP dealer market continues to see a steady decline in print volumes. This has been further exacerbated by the hybrid workforce migration and supply-chain issues in the industry.

In this webinar, hear how BTA member dealers Dave Barrows, director of sales at Gobins Inc., and Jim Kreikemeier, president of Capital Business Systems, have embraced the exploding UCaaS market by adding integrated communications to their portfolios. Barrows and Kreikemeier will share their experience in making this transition, resulting in a new, growing monthly recurring-revenue business.

Additionally, you will hear from Sheehan and learn how the company's flexible and comprehensive partner program can make this transition seamless.
