PathShare HR Services Celebrates 15 Years in Business
GreatAmerica Financial Services Corp. is celebrating the 15-year anniversary of its PathShare HR Services division. The company started the HR consulting offering in 2008 after hearing about business challenges customers were experiencing. These customer struggles were similar to ones GreatAmerica had worked through on their path to success and, so, the company created a separate suite of HR services to help its customers with hiring, sales training and cultivating culture.
"People ask us why a finance company offers HR services," said Martin Golobic, CEO, GreatAmerica Financial Services. "Our mission is to help our customers achieve greater success. When we hear a customer need, we evaluate how we can help address it. It's exciting that PathShare has been helping our customers overcome hiring and HR needs for 15 years now, with a bright future."
GreatAmerica and PathShare continue to listen for customer needs and create solutions and consulting services to help. Today, PathShare has expanded its portfolio of services into new areas of training, including customer service training, modernized tools, technology and processes for hiring, as well as additional organizational development offerings including strategic planning services.
"While hiring and other HR challenges continue for our customers, momentum has been building for customer service skills training for leaders and service staff, and we're happy to be able to provide it," said Sally Brause, director of HR consulting services, PathShare. "We're committed to listening to the needs of our customers and identifying ways to help them get the business results they need faster."
