Orange County Business Journal Names Toshiba a 2024 Best Place to Work

Orange County Business Journal has affirmed Toshiba America Business Solutions' welcoming culture and environment by naming the company one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Orange County, California.  

Toshiba was honored by scoring favorably on an employee survey, anonymously conducted by the Orange County Business Journal and Workforce Research Group. This countywide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, California, benefiting the county's economy, its workforce and businesses.  

Organizations from across the county entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Orange County. The combined scores of the evaluations determined the top organizations and the final ranking.

Toshiba fosters an inclusive environment where employees feel valued, heard and empowered. This atmosphere facilitates unique ideas and concepts while enabling innovative products and services with industry-recognized client support. Toshiba's workforce also continually volunteers while providing financial and in-kind donations to charities conducting good works throughout Orange County and beyond.

Company employees affirmed Toshiba's positive culture and environment with numerous glowing comments. One Toshiba employee in particular wrote, "From the top down, there is a culture of strong ethical, financial, social and personal responsibility — people are welcomed and encouraged to do the right thing, for the right reasons. People work hard because they feel responsible, empowered and accountable for their actions and those of our team. People are supported and new ideas/diverse backgrounds are welcomed. It's a great organization where people choose to stay and the sum is greater than the individual parts."
