Kyocera Names John Arzberger Vice President of Information Technology
Kyocera Document Solutions America Inc. has announced the arrival of John Arzberger as the new vice president of information technology (IT).
Consistent with the company's core value of customer-centricity, Kyocera has taken a decisive step to further strengthen the area of IT by adding a respected industry leader to its leadership "Dream Team."
Arzberger joins Kyocera with more than 25 years of experience creating strategic IT visions, plans, solutions and environments that lead to improved business performance. It is precisely this blend and depth of know-how that will undoubtedly prove to be integral to Kyocera's overarching strategy in an era that is becoming increasingly defined by all things digital.
"The successful recruitment of John Arzberger is a big win for the organization," said Óscar Sánchez, president and CEO, Kyocera Document Solutions America Inc. "His track record speaks for itself, and his expertise will be a major asset as we enhance our information technology systems, allowing our customers to seamlessly interact with Kyocera."
The arrival of Arzberger from FXI comes hot on the heels of two other vice presidents joining the Kyocera team, and is again a testament to the company's commitment to combining the best professionals with the best technology in its bid to deliver industry-leading solutions to customers.
At FXI, Arzberger held the position of director of business intelligence and business applications, and was responsible for identifying the organization's strategic and technology initiatives, as well as end-to-end solutions in such areas as ERP, CRM, business intelligence, intranet collaboration and agile development. This added to his experience elsewhere at companies such as IMEX Global Solutions, Ashland, Comcast and AT&T. It gives him a profile that complements Kyocera's vision of IT to a tee.
"At Kyocera, we want to keep raising the bar, to keep aiming higher," Sánchez said. "Not only will John bring a wealth of experience, but he will also bring fresh ideas and perspectives. He will push us to become better at what we do so that we can add new value to our offerings."
