Thursday, June 8
BTA member All Copy Products will host dealers from 5 to 8 p.m. at its new 136,877-square-foot, five-story headquarters at 1645 W. 13th St. in Denver. The evening will include a reception and tour of the new office. The goal for the design of the new building was to make the space efficient, productive, relaxing and enjoyable for employees. The office includes three levels of parking with one partially underground, three levels of office space, a workout facility and electrochromic glazing. It has a large, open lobby with monument stairs that greet visitors and staff members as they enter the building. The fifth floor boasts an entertaining kitchen that overlooks Mile High Stadium. Transportation will be provided to and from the Gaylord Rockies Resort to All Copy.
Friday, June 9
Capture the Magic will begin at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast, followed by opening comments and the keynote address. After the keynote, attendees can choose to take advantage of exhibit time, exhibitor table discussions or one of three breakout sessions (a sales dealer panel, a mailing dealer panel or a service educational session). A diversification dealer panel will follow from 11 a.m. to noon. Lunch will be held after the panel. After lunch, there will be more time to visit with exhibitors and your peers, followed by the featured speaker, more exhibit time and the final educational session of the day. The first day of Capture the Magic will wrap up from 6:40 to 10 p.m. with a San Diego Padres versus Colorado Rockies game at Coors Field. Note: Coors Field regulations allow only soft-sided, single-pocket bags and containers 16”x 16”x 8” or smaller to be permitted in the ballpark.
Saturday, June 10
The second day of the event will begin at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast, followed by an educational session. After the first session, a break and exhibitor time will be held. After the break, attendees can choose to take advantage of exhibit time, exhibitor table discussions or one of three breakout sessions. A service dealer panel will wrap up the second day's educational lineup. The event will conclude with closing comments and exhibitor prize drawings from noon until 12:15 p.m.
