Thirty-four representatives from BTA and Select Dealer Group members Waltz Business Solutions and Document Solutions Inc. (DSI) recently attended a five-day President's Club trip to the all-inclusive Hotel Riu Palace Resort in Costa Rica to recognize the efforts of the overachievers of their perspective companies. 

"The Jehn family [Waltz Business Solutions, Cincinnati, Ohio] and the Houser family [DSI, Albuquerque, New Mexico] have been meeting together with the Select Dealer Group for many years," said Jerry Jehn, president, Waltz Business Solutions. "We not only have a lot in common, but Phil Houser and I have grown very close. And to spend five days with each other, we’ve gotten that much closer. In our industry, we work very hard, but we must also play hard."

Jehn credits Waltz COO Brian Durrett and DSI Vice President of Sales Jocelyn Gorman for originally coming up with the idea.
