Rev.io has announced it is in the process of changing the name of its software from Tigerpaw One to Rev.io PSA. With the collective strength of the Rev.io team — now 180 strong — it is gearing up to accelerate updates and modernize its PSA platform to better serve its customers' evolving needs.

Here are a few key updates and changes to be aware of:

(1) Tigerpaw is now Rev.io PSA:

Rev.io is officially in the process of changing the name of its PSA solution from Tigerpaw to Rev.io PSA.

Expect to see adjustments to the name and logo phase in over the next several months, though there may be a lag in some areas as the team implements these extensive changes.

(2) Enhanced Communication in 2024:

Get ready to experience an expanded Rev.io Client Newsletter, featuring detailed updates on road map items for both Rev.io's PSA and Billing products. The newsletter will also include links to release notes and feature engaging video content to keep you in the loop.

Rev.io will also introduce a new "Feature of the Month" section for both Billing and PSA, which will highlight key aspects of both systems.

As always, you can rely on the Rev.io Newsletter to gain insights from leadership perspectives and stay updated on key happenings at the company, including where to meet Rev.io on the road.

To stay current on all communications, please remember to whitelist any emails from the Rev.io domain to ensure uninterrupted communication.

(3) New Consolidated Rev.io Website:

In January, Rev.io will be launching a new, consolidated website. This new site will feature detailed information on all of Rev.io's products (including Rev.io PSA) with an improved user journey. Soon after, tigerpaw.com will redirect to this new site.

After the launch, you can visit www.rev.io to see the latest perspectives via blog posts and information related to Rev.io's product and to the service providers community.

(4) Tigerpaw Academy and Online Help Plans:

Stay tuned for rebranding and updates to Tigerpaw Academy and Online Help over the next several months.

To minimize disruption, Rev.io will keep academy.tigerpaw.com as your destination for PSA user knowledge until further notice. It will be updating resources one at a time, focusing on the most important items within the Academy. Rev.io will provide you updates on the long-term plans for the Academy later in 2024.
