The Crickets Continuum Welcomes Pulse Technology as New Dealer Member

The Crickets Continuum has announced that BTA member Pulse Technology has joined the Continuum as
a new dealer member, adding an experienced office technology and managed IT provider to the growing channel effort around office-ready robotics.

Pulse Technology serves organizations across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. The company enters the Continuum as customers are beginning to ask practical questions about autonomous cleaning robots, delivery robots, service support, training, warranty coverage, installation and how these machines operate inside real buildings after the first demonstration.

The Crickets Continuum helps office technology dealers, copier/MFP providers, IT dealers and managed services organizations evaluate, sell, finance, deploy and support autonomous mobile robots through a channel model they already understand.

Pulse Technology's membership accelerates their path into office ready robots. Their superior talents used for selling and installing copiers, and account management is now applied to robots moving through schools, offices, health-care facilities, hospitality environments, warehouses and commercial buildings.

"Pulse Technology has spent decades helping customers adopt technology that improves how their organizations operate," said Vince Miceli, vice president, Pulse Technology. "Joining The Crickets Continuum gives our team a practical path into commercial robotics, supported by training, dealer knowledge and relationships across the robotics market. We see this as a natural extension of the work our sales, service and managed IT teams already perform."

The Continuum will support Pulse Technology through dealer education, CORR readiness work, OEM alignment, sales enablement and practical embodied AI solutions.

"Pulse Technology understands how to introduce new technology, support it in the field and build customer confidence after the sale," said Greg Walters, founder, Crickets Continuum. "That dealer experience is exactly what the office-ready robotics market needs. Pulse will help turn the office-ready robot concept into helping customers reduce costs, grow revenue and increase profits."

Pulse Technology joins The Crickets Continuum as dealer interest in robotics continues to move from general curiosity to real-world business application.
