The 20 has announced the appointment of Jon DePerro as general manager (GM) of compliance and risk services. In this newly created leadership role, DePerro will lead The 20's compliance and risk services strategy, helping members navigate increasingly complex regulatory requirements while expanding the company's portfolio of security, governance and compliance solutions.

DePerro brings more than two decades of experience in security, compliance and risk management to The 20. A former U.S. Army counterintelligence special agent, he served in advanced security and threat management roles with the Army's Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and the National Security Agency (NSA), supporting the U.S. intelligence and Special Operations communities. He was also selected as a founding member of NATO's first military cyberdefense working group. More recently, DePerro has worked closely with managed service providers (MSPs), helping them strengthen their security, compliance and risk management practices.
