The 20 Announces Vision '26 Awards

The 20 MSP honored high-performing managed service providers (MSPs) and channel vendors at VISION '26, the company's annual multiday conference bringing together growth-minded MSPs and their teams. The awards celebrated exceptional accomplishments, leadership, innovation and impact across the MSP community over the past year.

"It still blows me away how much people in this community want to see each other win," said Tim Conkle, founder and CEO, The 20. "That spirit is at the heart of what we've built, and recognizing the people who are pushing themselves, their teams and this industry forward is always one of the major highlights of VISION.

"We're equally proud to recognize the vendors who show up for the MSP community every day," Conkle continued. "This space never runs out of challenges, and strategic partnerships are absolutely integral to long-term success and growth as an MSP."

The VISION '26 Awards recognized top providers and channel partners across 12 categories, with the following organizations taking home prizes:

  • Product of the Year – Pax8
  • Most Revolutionary Solution – ThreatLocker
  • AI Innovation Award – NinjaOne
  • Best Partner Experience – Keeper Security
  • Best Revenue Booster – Huntress Labs
  • Ambassador of the Year – Computer Doc (Joe Dunn)
  • Most Engaged – Engler IT
  • Business Growth – Kinetic Technology Group
  • Operational Excellence Award – Infomax Office Systems
  • Rising Star – Your IT Guys
  • Partner of the Year – N-able
  • Support Desk Favorite – Z-JAK
  • MSP of the Year – Image Tech

Built around this year's theme, The Next Move, VISION '26 focused on helping MSP leaders chart a bold course forward amidst rapid industry change. Over three days, attendees heard from industry leaders, explored the latest channel trends and learned from peers who are navigating many of the same challenges.

"Our industry is racing forward right now at breakneck speed," Conkle said. "I firmly believe that the ones who win the next few years will be those who are willing to make tough decisions, embrace what's changing and keep moving forward. VISION exists to make that path a little less daunting and these last few days reinforced something I've always believed: MSPs are each other's most valuable resource."
