TD SYNNEX Included in Forbes' America's Dream Employers 2026

TD SYNNEX has been recognized as one of America's Dream Employers 2026. This award is presented in collaboration with Statista, a statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

America's Dream Employers 2026 were selected based on an independent survey of college students as well as employees working over the last three years for companies and institutions employing at least 1,000 employees in the U.S. from all industry sectors. More than 266,000 data points were gathered. The final score is based on how frequently TD SYNNEX was named as a "dream employer" and the overall willingness to recommend their workplace.

"We're proud to be recognized on Forbes' America's Dream Employers 2026 list," said Alim Dhanji, chief human resources officer and executive vice president of corporate affairs, TD SYNNEX. "This recognition reflects our commitment to creating an experience where co-workers feel trusted, supported and empowered to do meaningful work every day. At TD SYNNEX, our servant leadership culture is focused on helping co-workers excel by inspiring growth, influencing positive change and making an impact together. We encourage our teams to bring forward bold ideas, fearlessly try new things and continue building rewarding careers while contributing to our shared success."

TD SYNNEX has implemented numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, including professional development opportunities across all levels, internal awards and recognition, comprehensive benefit support and tuition reimbursement. This also includes access to a Life Empowerment Assistance Program and a Global Well-Being program that offers resources in four dimensions: physical, mental, social and financial. These efforts have significantly contributed to a positive work environment and positioned TD SYNNEX as an employer of choice.

In other news, TD SYNNEX has been named one of Fortinet's approved global distributors, expanding TD SYNNEX's ability to support a defined group of global systems integrators (GSIs) and large international partners pursuing Fortinet opportunities across multiple geographies.

Fortinet selected TD SYNNEX for its ability to combine global reach with specialized go-to-market expertise, helping partners navigate complex, multinational engagements while benefiting from deep security knowledge and local market insight.

As a global distributor for eligible partners, TD SYNNEX will simplify multiregion deployments through centralized coordination, streamlined transactions and consistent operational support, while leveraging its dedicated cybersecurity resources and specialized teams to deliver greater value at every stage of the engagement. Under the new model, TD SYNNEX will support Fortinet engagements across all regions while expanding into new markets within Europe and Asia, providing partners with both the scale and focused expertise needed to accelerate growth.

"Multinational customers increasingly need partners that can deliver Fortinet solutions consistently across regions while navigating local market requirements and operational complexity," said Landon Scott, vice president of the North America channel, Fortinet. "TD SYNNEX's global scale, cybersecurity expertise and strong regional capabilities make it well positioned to help eligible partners coordinate these engagements more efficiently and support customer outcomes across multiple geographies."

"We are excited to further strengthen our partnership with Fortinet as we integrate our leading global distribution and solutions aggregation services with the Fortinet portfolio," said Sergio Farache, chief strategy and technology officer, TD SYNNEX. "As enterprise security deployments continue to span multiple regions and operating environments, partners increasingly require consistent execution, specialized expertise and scalable support worldwide. TD SYNNEX delivers that support by simplifying complex distribution, streamlining coordination and enabling partners to deliver business outcomes at scale for multinational customers."

This designation builds on TD SYNNEX's longstanding relationship with Fortinet, which has included multiple recognitions for innovation and collaboration, including Fortinet's 2025 Distributor of the Year, Americas. Both companies have worked together to support partner growth and help customers adopt security solutions aligned to evolving business and technology demands.
