TD SYNNEX Earns Top Score on the 2025 Disability Index

TD SYNNEX has announced that it has been recognized as a "Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion" on the 2025 Disability Index in both Germany and the United States, recognizing its commitment to advancing disability inclusion and building a workplace where all employees can contribute and drive long-term success. The Disability Index is the world's leading third-party benchmarking tool for evaluating corporate disability inclusion and is used by hundreds of companies globally.

"Creating an inclusive environment that encourages every co-worker to contribute their best is core to our values," said Alim Dhanji, chief human resources officer, TD SYNNEX. "We are committed to increasing the employment and development opportunities for people with disabilities across our organization and this recognition demonstrates our intent to be a workplace where everyone can thrive. I'm proud to see our teams in Germany and the U.S. being recognized for their outstanding effort to make TD SYNNEX an inclusive employer."

The Disability Index measures performance across six key areas, including Culture & Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practices, Community Engagement, Supplier Inclusion and Responsible Procurement. Companies earning a top score are recognized as a "Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion."

This recognition is the result of a multiyear journey fueled by passion, purpose and the dedication of our people. Those cross-functional efforts included the creation of Limitless, a new business resource group focused on disability and neurodiversity and an internal workstream dedicated to addressing gaps in accessibility across the organization.

In other news, TD SYNNEX has been recognized globally and regionally by Lenovo with awards honoring its sustainability commitments and the strength of its business partnership in the United States, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Most notably, TD SYNNEX earned the 2025 Global Partner of the Year for Sustainability award for the second consecutive year, celebrating the company's ability to drive sustainable progress by aligning with global business operations.

In addition to the global award, TD SYNNEX was named EMEA Outstanding Partner of the Year and received the Outstanding Climate Action Award at the 2025 Lenovo 360 Circle Summit for its dedication to creating a more sustainable future through innovation and partnership. The Lenovo 360 Circle initiative brings together Lenovo partners to share corporate citizenship goals, capitalize on emerging sustainability market trends and collaborate on ways to integrate sustainability into their operations and supply chains.

"Being recognized once again as Lenovo's Global Partner of the Year for Sustainability showcases our unmatched ability to pioneer sustainable change across the IT channel and world at large," said Adam Rutstein, vice president of corporate citizenship and sustainability, TD SYNNEX. "Lenovo continues to set the bar for collaborative, high-impact approaches to sustainability and we're proud to be recognized as a leading partner in that journey. We look forward to expanding our sustainability initiatives in partnership with Lenovo."

TD SYNNEX was also recognized as Lenovo's 2025 Distributor of the Year for the U.S. and the U.K. and Ireland (UK&I), making this the second consecutive year TD SYNNEX has earned this distinction in the UK&I region. The awards recognize TD SYNNEX's exceptional year-over-year financial growth and strong partner engagement across Lenovo's full portfolio within the U.S. and UK&I channel ecosystem.

"Our partnership with Lenovo has been essential to creating significant value and fostering innovation across our U.S. partner base, and we are grateful for this recognition of our collaboration," said Anthony Tanoury, senior vice president of vendor management, TD SYNNEX. "This recognition as Lenovo's U.S. Distributor of the Year is a testament to our team's unique ability to accelerate both our vendors' and partners' businesses so we can all win together."

"To have been named as Lenovo's UK&I Distributor of the Year for the second year in succession is a remarkable achievement," said Simon Bennett, managing director of advanced solutions, UK&I at TD SYNNEX. "Our teams work tirelessly to provide high levels of service and support, enable partners to maximize their Lenovo sales and discover new solutions in fast-growing areas of the market, such as AI and cybersecurity. All this makes TD SYNNEX the home of Lenovo in the UK&I channel — the only distribution partner able to offer the full portfolio, from the pocket to the cloud, backed with full services, support and fulfilment capabilities."
