TD SYNNEX has announced it has received the Palo Alto Networks 2025 North American Distributor of the Year Award.

These annual awards recognize an elite group of Palo Alto Networks partners that have demonstrated exceptional performance and commitment to customer security over the past fiscal year. To ensure a rigorous and objective selection process, this year's recipients were determined through a data-driven methodology that evaluated partners across a comprehensive set of key performance indicators, including:

• Performance: Bookings volume and growth, new customer growth, partner-initiated business, and deal volume and growth
• Strategic Engagement: Demonstrated acquisition of net-new logos and success in partner-initiated business and pipeline development

This is the fourth consecutive year TD SYNNEX has received recognition for the partnership in North America, which is a testament to the strong relationship with Palo Alto Networks based on exceptional year‑over‑year growth, operational excellence and strategic platform acceleration. To better equip partners to leverage these solutions, TD SYNNEX introduced its security-operation-center-as-a-service program in North America, designed to enable partners to deliver advanced managed detection and response (MDR), managed extended detection and response (MXDR), and managed SOC/SIEM (XSIAM) services to their customers leveraging TD SYNNEX's collection of security specialists and Palo Alto Networks' Cortex SecOps platform, making it the only distributor in North America to offer these services powered by this platform. TD SYNNEX also expanded its comprehensive technical and enablement support for Palo Alto Networks solutions by adding Cortex and Prisma training opportunities at its industry-leading Cyber Range facility that serves as an authorized training center (ATC).
