Powered by Salesforce Agentforce technology, this intelligent assistant represents the next step in our commitment to providing seamless, proactive support.

The MyQ Support AI Agent is designed to make daily operations smoother for our partners by offering:

There are some specific situations when dealing with support that can be quite frustrating and time-consuming but cannot be avoided. For example, imagine these three scenarios when you need to:

MyQ Support AI Agent is backed up by SalesForce and, therefore, the rollout will be gradual to ensure a smooth integration with partners' workflows.
The first phase of tests is over and the tool is ready to be used. In fact, it is already active for selected partners in the Czech Republic, and the goal is to have the AI Agent available for all partners worldwide by December 2025.
