BTA member MOEbiz has announced that Nicole Morgan has been promoted to the role of chief operating officer. She has been with the company for nearly 12 years across two different periods of service. Morgan first joined the company in sales as a territory manager, later returned as vice president of sales and was promoted to general manager in 2022.

Throughout her time at MOEbiz, Morgan has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication and commitment to our team. She earned her degree in business management in Spain, where she traveled through an international program. Morgan has consistently proven herself to be a hard-working and forward-thinking leader. She has also excelled as the company's integrator, helping to drive its success through the Traction model and ensuring alignment across all divisions.

Morgan's promotion to COO reflects both her significant contributions and MOEbiz's confidence in her ability to guide the company through its next stage of growth. As MOEbiz continue to expand, including the opening of its new office Alexandria, Louisiana, in the last quarter of 2025, Morgan's leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the company's ongoing success.
