BTA member MOEbiz has announced the acquisition of Stuart's Integrated Services in Shreveport, Louisiana. This acquisition further expands MOEbiz's footprint and strengthens its ability to deliver comprehensive business technology solutions across northern Louisiana. Stuart's copier business is a strong operational fit with MOEbiz. As a longtime Sharp dealership, its product line and service structure align closely with MOEbiz, which is also a Sharp dealership, allowing for streamlined integration and continued manufacturer support.

MOEbiz is thrilled to have the Stuart's employees join the MOEbiz team. This ensures continuity for current clients and seamless transition.

Stuart's was established in 1946 in El Dorado, Arkansas, by the late Joe Stuart. It was expanded to Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1975 and later, to Monroe, Louisiana, by the late Richard Stuart. MOEBIZ, currently owned by Chap Breard, was founded in 1923 by the late Armand Breard, and is one of the oldest office technology dealerships in the area. MOEbiz acquired Stuart's in West Monroe, Louisiana, and El Dorado, Arkansas, in 2018. Both companies have long and respected histories in the industry, and MOEbiz is pleased to continue serving Stuart's customers and territory under the MOEbiz name.

With locations now in Shreveport, Monroe, Ruston and Alexandria, Louisiana, MOEbiz is well positioned for continued growth. It currently serves customers in each of these markets and is excited to further strengthen those relationships by providing local service and support.
