Modern Luxury Orange County has named Toshiba America Business Solutions' marketing leader Maegan Lujan a 2024 Dynamic Woman.
Lujan was selected for embodying exceptional leadership, innovation and influence within her industry. She also was honored for her proven track record of success in business and philanthropy, with notable achievements setting her apart. Modern Luxury Orange County named Lujan a 2024 Dynamic Woman for demonstrating a distinctive personal style, business acumen and a commitment to creating meaningful impact within the greater Orange County, California, community.
"A Dynamic Woman harnesses her unique strengths and experiences to drive change," said Diana McBride, publisher, Modern Luxury Orange County. "She leads authentically and inspires others to drive for greatness. All of these impressive qualities personify Maegan Lujan."
Inspirational Journey
Lujan's unique journey from a high-risk youth in the foster system to a high-potential professional is inspiring.
As Toshiba's director of solutions and services, she helps chart the course and strategy for the company's solutions and services portfolio. Designing and launching the Toshiba Strategic Alliance Program, Lujan enabled double-digit-percent revenue growth for the company's workplace solutions and services since beginning the program in April 2017. She was further responsible for developing a go-to-market framework that Toshiba's global subsidiaries seek to adopt.
Landing many accolades for her work at Toshiba, Lujan is one of The Cannata Report's Woman of Influence, an ENX Magazine Difference Maker and Product Marketing Alliance Top 100 Product Marketing Influencer. She is also a multinominee for Orange County Business Journal's Women in Business Award.
Impactful Nonprofit Work
Recognizing the firsthand challenges facing foster youth, Lujan dedicates much of her personal time to serving and advocating for Orangewood Foundation, a Southern California nonprofit helping foster youth transition into adulthood. She serves on Orangewood Foundation's board of directors and executive council, and is a founding member and chair of the nonprofit's business advisory council.
"Maegan is a bright, gifted and accomplished marketer who creates and adopts programs profiting our and other Toshiba organizations as well as our clients and resellers worldwide," said Kerstin Woods, vice president of marketing, Toshiba America Business Solutions. "She indeed is the essence of a dynamic woman!"
