Nexent Innovations has unveiled the newest update of Miracle Service, now ready for download. This latest iteration includes a security increase for the Mobile Field Technician Console and includes some customer requests. We encourage you to upgrade to take advantage of the new features and fixes.

Two-Factor Authentication: The Mobile Field Technician Console now has the optional features for two-factor authentication (2FA). This added layer of web security ensures that your data and access remain protected through a second verification step. With 2FA, your technician and web admin logins are more secure than ever, safeguarding your information against unauthorized access. Upgrade now for enhanced protection.

Batch Adjust Invoice Dates: The latest version brings you the ability to easily modify the invoice date on Period Billing invoices in bulk. After running Period Billing, if you prefer that your invoices show a particular date regardless of when they were generated (example to show the 1st of the month), you can now quickly make the update.

New "My Preferences" Options: For those looking for more information options on the Service grid, additional field options have now been included in "My Preferences":

• Customer ZIP/Postal Code: This is a requested feature by those who do ZIP-based scheduling.
• Service Equipment Description: Provides more detail for viewing and searching.
