Marco Technologies Expands National Leadership Team With Strategic Hire
BTA member Marco Technologies has announced the appointment of Rebecca Campbell to its leadership team as vice president of revenue operations – print. The hire marks a significant step in Marco's continued national growth strategy, building on recent investments such as the newly announced Iowa Logistics Center, which is expanding Marco's ability to deliver scalable, high-performance service nationwide.
Campbell brings more than 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation and transformation across the global print technology and services landscape. Known for her strategic vision and ability to lead complex change, Campbell combines deep technical expertise with a customer-first mindset focused on delivering long-term value to clients and partners.
"Rebecca's background and leadership arrive at a pivotal moment for Marco," said Trevor Akervik, president of the Print Division, Marco. "As we expand our national logistics, managed services and advanced print capabilities, her experience building and scaling programs at a global level will help us accelerate innovation while continuing to deliver exceptional service at scale."
Campbell began her career as an intern at HP and went on to build a distinguished tenure spanning engineering, business management, operations, service delivery, product marketing and go-to-market strategy. Her breadth of experience has enabled Campbell to lead global, cross-functional teams and develop longstanding programs with software providers, digital manufacturing partners and reseller networks worldwide. She has also served as an executive sponsor for key corporate accounts, helping organizations modernize and optimize their print and technology environments.
Throughout her career, Campbell has consistently pushed industry boundaries. She has organized and led businesses across multiple geographies, including a transformative four-year assignment in Barcelona, Spain, where she spearheaded the industry's first 3D-printing-as-a-service model and a digital manufacturing network. Most recently, she launched HP's first channel-managed services business for both printing and PCs — an initiative closely aligned with Marco's expanding managed services and life-cycle-driven approach.
In addition to her professional achievements, Campbell is a dedicated advocate for diversity and the advancement of women in technology. She has founded and sponsored several women-in-tech organizations, including Women Innovators (W.IN), an Idaho-based nonprofit focused on advancing women in industry, education and government.
With the combination of expanded logistics infrastructure and strengthened leadership, Marco Technologies continues to reinforce its position as a national leader in innovative, scalable and customer-driven technology solutions.
