To continue, M-Files welcomed attendees to the exhibit hall to visit the booths of M-Files partners, sponsors and M-Files experts, and enjoy firsthand demonstrations of M-Files use cases and partner technologies. Shortly after, participants were invited to attend the next keynote — a review of upcoming M-Files releases and the company's product road map — followed by a presentation featuring a global-leading customer to share its M-Files journey.
The remainder of the first day was split into three optional breakout sessions. The session concluded with two customer presentations, including one by Aluflexpack Group, the integrated manufacturer of premium circular flexible packaging and barrier solutions.
Finally, leading American pharmaceutical company, Charles River Laboratories, shared its M-Files customer journey with all participants, before a panel led by M-Files executives took place to discuss recent trends and topics. In the evening, all were invited to join M-Files for dinner and entertainment.
Day two started strong with a presentation by Cheryl McKinnon, principal analyst at global independent research and advisory firm, Forrester Research, titled "Unlocking Efficiency: The Inevitable Rise of Knowledge Work Automation." The presentation highlighted the critically important trends shaping content management in 2024, and presented key findings from recent commissioned research on the state of maturity for knowledge work automation and document management systems.
The second part of the main session introduced attendees to the next evolution of M-Files Aino, the company's generative AI assistant that heightens the performance of knowledge workers, reduces manual tasks and increases business efficiency.
