Kyocera Document Solutions and The Economist have produced a new report, "Reshaping Productivity, A Changed Workplace after COVID-19," based on a global survey with leading business executives. This report provides new insights about the future of work as the world shifts towards a blended workplace model.

Led by The Economist Intelligence Unit, this comprehensive look examines a host of challenges that organizations faced during the pandemic and shows how leaders overcame difficult obstacles. Various factors, including company size and culture, and technology uptake, were considered, resulting in key takeaways for organizations that strive to increase productivity. Ultimately, the report uncovers hidden impacts and provides fresh insight into how work is being redefined for the future.

One of the many headline findings of the report concluded that the most preferred work-from-home ratio is a 30/70 split, where 30% of the time is spent working at home and 70% in the office. This trend will demand that employees move and work smoothly across locations without affecting their productivity and data security.
