Keypoint Intelligence to Share Home Printing Study & Launch Certification Program at The Recycler Live Conference

Keypoint Intelligence will present market research and introduce a certification program for remanufactured print supplies at The Recycler Live Conference, taking place May 13-15, 2025, at the Hilton Hotel in Tallinn, Estonia.

The session, titled "Why Did They Print That?," will be delivered by David Sweetnam, director of research and lab services, EMEA/Asia, and Ross Chapman, director of business development. It is based on Keypoint's 2024 Print in Your Lifestyle study of 1,200 home and hybrid workers across the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany.

The findings provide a practical look at current home printing habits — what people are printing, why they are printing it and how the role of print is evolving. Despite the rise of digital alternatives, 70% of respondents still consider the ability to print important in their daily lives. The study also highlights preferences around device ownership, supply purchases and environmental considerations.

As part of the session, Keypoint Intelligence will also introduce its new Remanufactured Supplies Certification Program. Built on established ISO testing standards, the program evaluates yield, image quality and reliability for toner and inkjet products. It is designed to support remanufacturers in demonstrating quality and meeting growing expectations from resellers and end users.

"We've seen growing interest in verified product quality from both the supply side and the buyer side," Sweetnam said. "This certification provides clarity in a market where performance and trust matter more than ever."

The presentation is part of the broader Recycler Live agenda, which includes technical discussions, business networking and the annual Recycler Awards.
