Keypoint Intelligence Names Toshiba Logistics Leader

Keypoint Intelligence has again crowned Toshiba America Business Solutions the premier provider of logistics solutions by presenting the manufacturer the 2025-2026 Pacesetter Award in Logistics. This marks a record fourth consecutive time Toshiba has won this honor.

Toshiba earns Keypoint Intelligence's latest Pacesetter Award by outfitting manufacturing, logistics and retail (MLR) professionals throughout North America and beyond with a vast selection of ruggedized products backed by market-leading 24/7/365 service and support. Toshiba won by scoring better than its competition across Keypoint Intelligence's more than 60 points of differentiation across vital categories, including hardware, software, professional services, field service and support, security and market leadership.

"Our study revealed yet again that Toshiba is the go-to document imaging vendor for logistics customers," said Jamie Bsales, Workplace Group principal analyst, Keypoint Intelligence. "The company's document and label printers are engineered for high reliability to support uninterrupted uptime even in demanding environments. Toshiba has also proven its extensive experience in serving the logistics vertical, delivering tailored solutions that align with real-world industry challenges and workflows."

Engineered Durability

Keypoint Intelligence was particularly impressed with the ultra-reliability and durability of Toshiba's e‑STUDIO multifunction printers (MFPs) and label and receipt printers, which are designed and built to endure the most demanding of settings.

A touchscreen overlay for dust protection, steel rails in paper trays, reinforced hinges on document feeders and doors firmly bolster Toshiba e-STUDIO devices for printing in warehouses, manufacturing facilities and other rough-and-tumble workplaces. Toshiba MFPs also deliver the level of security today's pros expect while supporting a variety of authentication measures, including PIN-based, login/password, smartcard and biometric readers.

Featuring formidable design elements throughout, Toshiba label and receipt printers are tailor-made to operate in extreme MLR environments. Toshiba's three-in-one linerless label and receipt printers are IP21-certified and splash-resistant systems, which shield against solid objects and liquids (including condensation) while delivering linerless as well as die-cut labels and receipts for hospitality retailers. The IP (Ingress Protection) standard classifies the degrees of protection provided against the intrusion of objects, including accidental human contact, dust and water in electrical enclosures.

The manufacturer's portable label printers, moreover, couple a stout design with IP54 dust and moisture protection, as well as a proven five-foot-drop resistance, helping ensure continuous operation for MLR professionals. Metal frames and sturdy components further increase the durability and value that Toshiba's industrial printers offer.

"We appreciate Keypoint Intelligence's team for recognizing Toshiba as the leader in printer technology for the logistics industry for the fourth consecutive time," said Bill Melo, vice president of marketing and strategic business development, Toshiba America Business Solutions. "Toshiba has a long history of providing print solutions to support manufacturing, logistics and retail companies' daily operations and we commit to continuing to develop cost-effective, secure and sustainable solutions for our valued clients."
