BTA member Kelly Office Solutions has announced the acquisition of KM Data Inc., a copier/MFP and printer sales and service company based in Apex, North Carolina. This strategic acquisition, effective June 2, 2025 enables Kelly Office Solutions to expand its market presence and connect its operations across North Carolina seamlessly. This is the second acquisition for Kelly Office Solutions in the Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina, area in just under 10 months.

This marks a significant milestone for Kelly Office Solutions as it continues its mission to provide top-notch office solutions from the mountains to the ocean in North Carolina. With the acquisition of KM Data Inc., Kelly Office Solutions now has the ability to service and support the State of North Carolina under State Term Contract 920M, managed print. This contract is used by all state agencies, state municipalities and support services like police and fire departments.
