Katun Introduces Katun Technical Alliance Program

Katun Corp. has introduced the Katun Technical Alliance Program.

The Katun Technical Alliance Program enables dealers to work directly with Katun's experienced technical staff members to help them solve issues or answer technical questions. Program benefits include new product launch previews, early testing opportunities, proactive assistance with product improvements, and quarterly technical reviews (including quality updates, lost business reviews and warranty claim reviews). 

In addition, through the Katun Technical Alliance Program, dealers can receive product-specific training, including detailed information on how products are produced and tested. Katun also offers on-site seminars that cover a wide range of topics.

Enrolled dealers will work directly with a Katun customer technical service (CTS) manager that is Six Sigma-certified, has OEM training and decades of experience in the imaging industry.
