Hyland Named a Program of the Year Award Winner at Forrester's 2022 B2B Summit
Hyland has announced it has won a Forrester Program of the Year (PoY) award for successfully implementing analyst research, frameworks and best practices to improve functional performance within its sales department. The PoY award winners were recognized at Forrester's B2B Summit North America, held May 2-4, 2022, in Austin, Texas, with remote attendance options.
Hyland won a PoY award for its successful implementation of Forrester's Cadence Optimization Framework and Sales Technology Assessment Tool, which allowed Hyland to increase sales activity, improve pipeline generation efficiency and better position its full suite of low-code content services solutions.
"By working with Forrester and successfully implementing its best practices, we were able to build scalable sales processes leveraging sales playbooks to increase opportunities, win rates and deal values while decreasing the overall sales cycle time frame," said Jerry Trudell, director of revenue generation office, Hyland. "Utilizing Forrester's models, we created strategic and cross-functional sales plays that supports a fast, nimble and cost-effective sales department that has opened more than 200 opportunities since its adoption."
