BTA member Emerald Document Imaging has announced the completion of its acquisition of Shoreline Records Management, a New York-based document scanning service bureau specializing in high-volume backfile and day forward scanning, document management software solutions and medical records custodial services.

Tom Doyle, president and CEO of Shoreline, along with his team, will be joining the Emerald Document Imaging family.
