ECI Earns International Recognition as a Great Place to Work

ECI Software Solutions has announced it has been certified by Great Place to Work for the fourth year in a row in the United States and for the first time globally, earning a certification in Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium and Australia. The award from the Great Place to Work organization is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at ECI.

Over the past year, ECI has continued to grow its business in various ways and has put an emphasis on sharing that growth with employees directly by creating numerous new-hire and internal growth opportunities. To continue to nurture a positive employee experience for all, ECI has used its organizational core values, CODE (crave greatness, own the outcome, deliver awesome, embrace community), as a compass to navigate each day. As the company continues to grow, ECI's culture and commitment to its values have never been stronger.

"ECI is honored to be certified as a Great Place to Work by our employees for the fourth year running in the United States and across our international offices for the first time this year," said Andrew Pryor, chief human resources officer, ECI. "The feedback we received from our employees during the survey clearly demonstrates their passion for serving our customers and the pride they have in their jobs. It also validates our neverending efforts to ensure ECI has a culture that is fun, engaging and transparent. We remain committed to creating the best possible workplace for our employees."

"Great Place to Work certification isn't something that comes easily — it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience," said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition, Great Place to Work. "It's the only official recognition determined by employees' real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that ECI is one of the best companies to work for in the country."

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company's profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
