DocuWare's unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service has once again achieved global recognition. For the second consecutive year, its support teams in the Americas and Asia Pacific (APAC) have earned Stevie Awards.
The Stevie Awards rank among the world's most respected business accolades, drawing more than 12,000 nominations each year. This year, DocuWare achieved outstanding recognition in three categories:
- Americas: The DocuWare team earned both "Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software" and "Support Team of the Year" at the American Business Awards, selected from more than 3,600 nominees.
- APAC: We were honored with Bronze for "Most Innovative Customer Service Department/Team of the Year" — its first win in this region — chosen from more than 1,000 entries.
