New and existing Digitech Systems and Contex customers can use PaperVision.com, along with the recently released PaperVision Folder Monitor, to add cybersecurity to scanned images as they are captured from a Contex large format scanner or drawn from an existing digital archive.

PaperVision Folder Monitor automatically sweeps files into the PaperVision.com cloud content management service. This automated service instantly applies cybersecurity and information access settings, enabling companies to streamline and simplify data security, process automation and more.

For a limited time, customers who purchase a Contex HD Ultra X or IQ Quattro X large format scanner can receive a free license of Nextimage scanning software and two months access to the PaperVision.com Professional service, both free of charge. The introductory offer — a savings of more than $800 — runs from June 1 to Aug. 31, 2022.
