BTA member DEX Imaging has announced the acquisition of BTA member Laser Line, a Maryland-based dealership serving the Baltimore, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., region.

Founded in 1989, Laser Line has been known for providing copier, printer and networking solutions, along with reliable service and IT support designed to keep customer environments secure and productive. The company represents major brands including Sharp, HP, Xerox, Brother, Canon and others.

With this move, DEX strengthens its position in the mid-Atlantic, adding another local provider to its expanding network.

In other news, DEX Imaging has acquired Titan Wolfpack IT, a south Florida-based managed print and IT services provider headquartered in Doral, Florida.

Titan Wolfpack IT built a strong local presence supporting small and mid-sized businesses with managed print, cloud services and cybersecurity solutions. The company's focus on reliability, 24/7 support and scalable technology helped it establish a loyal client base across the region.

The move strengthens DEX Imaging’s growing position in the Southeast by expanding its IT services portfolio and adding a team with deep experience in both print and network management. Titan's customer relationships and technical expertise complement DEX's strategy of combining local service with national reach.

DEX Imaging continues to grow through acquisitions that reinforce its commitment to providing customers with end-to-end technology solutions — from copiers and printers to managed IT services.
