BTA member DEX Imaging LLC has announced the acquisition of BTA member Imagine Technology Group (ITG), headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, with branch operations in Flagstaff and Tucson, Arizona. The transaction marks DEX's fifth acquisition of the year, continuing the company's nationwide expansion.

Founded in 2011 as a Sharp and Toshiba dealership, ITG evolved from a copier dealership to a comprehensive managed technology services provider in 2016 by expanding its portfolio of services to include managed IT, cloud migration, cybersecurity and document management. The dealership has won virtually every industry award for exceptional customer service since its inception and is well-recognized for its strength in the field of managed IT.
