Stramaglio Consulting has announced that Crickets Continuum, a forward-thinking consortium uniting the copier and office technology channel with robotics and automation manufacturers, has joined The Consortium.

Crickets Continuum is a pioneering organization founded by industry veterans Art Post, Greg Walters and Kevin Neal. The Continuum's mission is to help office technology dealers transition from traditional print-based business models to next-generation opportunities in office-ready robotics, automation and AI-driven services. Through collaboration with robotic OEMs, leasing partners and technology innovators, the Crickets Continuum bridges the gap between today's office technology and print dealers and tomorrow's robotics integration channel.

As a new member of The Consortium, Crickets Continuum brings its unique perspective on channel evolution, helping dealers reimagine their value through innovative billing and service models such as cost-per-task (CPT), cost-per-linear-foot (CPLF) for mobile robots and cost-per-time-travel (CPTT) for humanoid and service robots. These new metrics modernize the industry's traditional "cost-per-page" model, giving dealers a measurable way to monetize robotic performance, mobility and time-based efficiency.
