Coordinated Business Systems Named a Winner in Minnesota Top Workplaces 2025
BTA member Coordinated Business Systems has been recognized by the Star Tribune as a winner of the Minnesota Top Workplaces 2025 award for the sixth time.
"I am grateful that Coordinated received this recognition," said Kirk Studebaker, president, Coordinated Business Systems. "I believe this award is validation that our company's values are aligned with our employees' values and needs. Since the very beginning of our company, we have believed that aligned employees provide our clients with a valuable and unique experience."
The Star Tribune Top Workplaces 2025 Award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. This recognition highlights an organization's strong employee engagement and positive workplace culture. Award criteria are based on leadership, management, employee connection, engagement, alignment, flexibility, expectations, effectiveness, pay, benefits and training.
"Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees," said Eric Rubino, CEO, Energage. "That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they are allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That is paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends."
"Coordinated's core belief is centered on 'Extra-Ordinary Connections,'" Studebaker said. "When our company's values are strongly connected with our employees' values, and when that connection is matched with the values of our clients, extraordinary results become possible for everyone."
