In November, CEO Juice posted a blog article about what the Net Promoter Score (NPS) is, how its clients track their NPSs, and what they can learn about their businesses from the results. With ID230 and ID102, they can also share their scores with others.

There are three awards CEO Juice gives out each year to showcase client excellence: World Class Service, Top 10 Service and A Perfect Score Service. Two hundred and fifty-seven clients were eligible for awards this year, with 253 gaining at least one award and three clients receiving all three awards! 🏆See the full list of winners for each award here:

• World Class Winners — Those with an NPS of 70 or above
• Top 10 Winners — The top 10% — To qualify in 2025, they needed an NPS of 97.54 and above
• A Perfect Score Winners — Those with an NPS of 100 (all responses scored a 9 or 10)

To be eligible for any CEO Juice Award, a company must have a minimum of 60 survey responses.

CEO Juice would like to give a special shout out to the three winners of our Perfect Score Award:

There are years where no company receives this award, it i an incredible accomplishment that reflects exceptional service, consistency and care.
