BTA member Advanced Imaging Solutions Inc. (AIS) has announced it has completed the acquisition of BTA member Anderson Business Technology (ABT) of Pasadena, California. ABT, a historical dealership with a rich heritage since 1912, joins the AIS family, bringing decades of expertise and a loyal customer base.

AIS is an industry leader in providing comprehensive office technology solutions, including copier/MFPs, printers, managed IT services, VoIP phone systems, security cameras with access control and digital marketing services to the Nevada and Southern California markets. This acquisition allows AIS to expand its operations further and extend its services to the Pasadena and greater Los Angeles, California, region, while integrating ABT's experienced team members.
