BTA member ACT Group has merged with BDS, a provider of advanced copier/MFP, preventive maintenance, postage solutions and document management technology. The official announcement was made at BDS corporate offices in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Merger discussions first started in June of last year and were finalized on April 14, 2022.
