In doing the follow-up sessions from the FIX 3.0 workshop, instructor Jack Duncan of Jack Duncan Consulting has found that one of the best tools in e-automate, the Inventory Logistics Console (ILC), may well be one of the least understood and most underutilized items in the platform. Thousands of dollars — as well as obsolete items — are tied up in excess inventory, which will ultimately be written off with the cost going straight to the bottom line. Critical to the success in using ILC is the  proper setup of item records, as well as e-agent tasks to monitor and update minimum/maximum levels as usage changes. This workshop has been specifically designed to address these and other issues and, similar to the FIX classes, includes a follow-up session with each dealership.
