Thursday, March 6

On March 6, BTA will host e-automate Elevate: A BTA Dealers Helping Dealers Best Practices Event (which includes registration to Spring Break) for dealers who use e-automate. Learn more & register.

Friday, March 7

The Spring Break event will begin at 10:30 a.m. with opening comments and the first main stage session, "Lessons From the Ledge," presented by keynoter Alison Levine, a leadership expert, polar explorer and mountaineer. After the keynote, lunch will be held. Following lunch, the second main stage educational session will be held, followed by a break that will give attendees the opportunity to network with their peers and exhibiting sponsors. After the break, attendees can choose take part in one of three breakout sessions, or visit with the exhibitors. After the breakouts, another break will be held, followed by the third main stage session — a dealer panel on workflow solutions. 

The first day of Spring Break will wrap up with cocktails, appetizers, dinner, chocolate fondue and live entertainment from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. A drawing will be held every hour during the evening for $100, $200 and $500 American Express gift cards for those who complete their exhibitor stamp cards, so be sure to get your card stamped and stick around for the drawings!

Saturday, March 8

The second day will begin at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast, followed by opening comments and the second set of breakouts. After the breakouts, the final main-stage educational session will be held. The event will conclude with closing comments and exhibitor prize drawings from 11:30 a.m. to noon.

Disney Tickets

At registration, dealers can purchase one discounted Disney ticket per registered attendee for only $50 for use after 1 p.m. If more tickets are needed, they can be purchased here at the group rate of $109 each (includes tax). This ticket price will be changing on Feb. 24. Click the link and then the "Buy Tickets" button at the top right of the page.

Notes:

  • Tickets are good for seven days before, during and after the national conference to enter a park after 1 p.m. each day.
  • You will need to make a reservation at the park you want to visit.
  • Choose from four amazing theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.
  • Cutoff date for discounted tickets: Feb. 20, 2025

*BTA Member Dealers: Register at $199 and receive a second registration for one of your dealership's employees for free. The second person must be an employee and attend the educational sessions.
