Progressive Business Technologies Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time field service technician. Candidates should possess an understanding of the installation and repair of printers, copier/MFPs and scanners, along with a basic knowledge of computer networking. Experience with Hewlett-Packard and Kyocera printers and copier-based products are a plus. We will provide self-paced and classroom training led by the manufacturer. 

Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. An ideal candidate would look to grow into a leadership role in our continuing process to develop a superior service department.

Job responsibilities include maintenance and repair of printer and copier/MFP-based units in the field, and the setup and configuration of new equipment.
