B2B Sales Representative - Capital Business Systems Inc.

Position Summary:

Capital Business Systems is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative for an assigned territory based out of our Fort Collins, CO office location. This is an outside sales opportunity selling business to business from 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. This is a great position for an entrepreneurial-minded person looking to get into sales and business development by providing a stable base wage with the opportunity for unlimited commission. If you enjoy getting out of the office to network, helping businesses, learning about the latest in technology and have a passion for success, this could be the career for you! 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Call on local area businesses to identify and drive sales opportunities
  • Develop relationships with potential new clients, as well as existing clients
  • Gather information to determine client needs
  • Prepare proposals and spreadsheets for client presentations
  • Sell detailed contracts and leases
  • Enter accurate information in client contact database
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Some college and outside sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • High energy and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to plan and organize daily activities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated listening skills
  • Goal oriented attitude and a desire to lead
  • High interest in technology and learning how technology can help businesses succeed 

Our work hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm!

Benefits and Perks:

We offer a base salary of $30,000.00/yr plus an uncapped commission compensation plan. Our comprehensive benefits package includes, but is not limited to, medical, dental, vision, Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, 401k with matching, paid holidays, and accrued paid-time-off.

We provide you with all the tools for your success, including a complete sales training program with ongoing support.
